Compensation: $20Location: Charleron, PAWork Schedule: M-F 40hrsAssignment Duration: 9 months+
Responsibilities Performs assembly and tests of mechanical/ hydraulic assemblies of low complexityAssembles and tests assemblies according to specifications. Masters basic skills and some advanced skills in procedures, techniques, tools, materials and/or equipment in the area of expertiseCompletes required test documentation including test reports, failed test reports and NCRs Cleans components after assembly according to FMCTI specifications and verbal/written instructionsUses material handling equipment to move parts, components and sub-assemblies from one work or storage area to another as requiredCollects and inputs information in specific systems for cost tracking purposesPerforms all duties in a safe manner and keeps all employees aware of dangers in work areaAssists more experienced Assembly Technicians as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent technical diplomaUp to 2 years of experience in fieldProficiency to read drawings and technical documentation in assemblyKnowledge/use of complex equipment and techniques (e.g. FAT, Gas testing, etc.)
