**Job Title: Shop Technician** **Responsibilities** + Diagnose and repair technical issues with vehicles. + Read and follow assembly guidelines provided by OEM service engineers. + Reassemble interior components and ensure proper fit and finish of exterior components such as doors and trim. + Inspect incoming and outgoing vehicles for quality assurance. + Document additional issues found and inform the Team Leader/Manager promptly. + Maintain a clean and organized work environment. + Perform data entry and keep records of services and equipment used. **Essential Skills** + Basic automotive experience (6 months - 1 year). + Ability to use hand tools and power tools and own a basic tool set. + Ability to lift 5-50 pounds throughout the shift and perform tasks that require bending, moving, and twisting. + Reliable attendance and no past bad finishes. + Effective communication skills to explain vehicle issues and repair steps to customers. + Positive attitude and willingness to learn. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
