What you will get to do

Ensure compliance of the brand standards and maintain consistency of all communication elements across marketing-based activities. Effectively work cross-functionally and maintain relationships with a number of internal teams, from product to research and to our channel/category, sales and retail team partners. Assist in the creation and execution of in-store and online activations including but not limited to, retail displays, signage, POP, online product pages, etc. Assist in the execution of media in support of new product launches and brand campaigns. Support sales and channel teams for customer facing meetings and initiatives. Understanding of financials including budget management, operating within an expense budget as specified, following all DOA procedures as outlined, and providing cost analysis/measure of any/all merchandising activities executed. Work with the research team to gain insight into how our user segments experience our brands and create solutions aligning to those segments. Collaborate with Shopper Marketing team in the USA to leverage best practices and tactics for the Canadian market 

Who You are

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism or a related field 2-3+ years’ experience in related marketing field Excellent analytical, time-management, financial management and project management skills with ability to supervise multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency using PowerPoint and strong presentation skills Superb interpersonal skills and communication skills demonstrated in a complex, matrixed organization  A team player that is alsoExtreme attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects at once Interest in marketing trends, including competitive and retail or B2B environment Strategic planning skills
