Short-term Live-in Housekeeping Job in North Norfolk
A lovely client of Greycoat Lumleys is looking for an experienced and positive housekeeper to work in their busy household.
The house is a lovely 7-bedroom country house in beautiful area in Norfolk, near the coast. This is a busy household and there can be 6 - 10 people in the property.
Candidate needs to be child and pet friendly.
There is plenty of outdoor space, nice walks, and small shops within walking distance.
You must have an enhanced DBS.
They are looking for a housekeeper to cover the time of their current housekeeper recovering, so they need someone who is flexible. You must drive
Your duties will include:
- Hands on housekeeping
- Keeping the property clean and tidy
- Helping to lay the table and cleaning afterwards
- Food preparation (Principal likes to cook herself, but might need a little help)
- General assistance around the house
This is a good position for someone who has experience working in private houses before, is flexible and enjoys a lovely scenery of Norfolk.
Accommodation: Provided. Own bedroom with TV and ensuite. Own downstairs kitchen.
Days: end of April to end of July
Hours: Need to be flexible. E.g. Can have break middle of the day, depending how many are staying in the property
Salary: £140 - £160 gross per day depending on experience
