Short Term Live in  or Live out Housekeeper Job in Berkshire

A client of Greycoat Lumleys is looking for an experienced Housekeeper to take care of a large main residence in Berkshire. They have 2 teenagers and 2 dogs.

Must have an enhanced DBS

You will be working alongside a team of gardeners and an Estate Manager.

Duties to include but not limited to:

Ensure the house is always clean and presentable to a good standard at all time Laundry and ironing to ensure items are cleaned and ready when required Change bed linen on a weekly basis General maintenance of houseplants and flowers Household shopping and errands if required Occasional cooking of family meals Assistance and care of houseguests Act as ‘house sitter’ if the family are away from the home Be on call when necessary for any pressing or emergency household needs

The ideal candidate will be friendly, personable nature, hard-working, energetic, switched on, with a can-do attitude. You must be a driver.

Start date: Mid-February 2025 for 4 to 6 weeks

Days & Hours: Monday – Friday from 7am to 5pm (with occasional weekend work)

Accommodation: 1 bedroom self-contained apartment provided. Pets may be considered.

Salary: £Negotiable, dependant on experience
