This role involves assisting with the operation of streaming and recording platforms during meetings, preparing meeting agendas in advance, and drafting written minutes following each session. FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Bargaining Unit: N/A Work Week/Hours: Intermittent meetings (tentatively set for 1st Thursday of the month and others as scheduled), flexible hours (5-12 hours/week) Duties include, but are not limited to: + Attend City Study Commission meetings, including assisting in attendance and participation in meetings, roll call votes, running the audio-visual recording and streaming of the meetings, and taking notes to produce the minutes; + Prepare draft of next meeting agenda based on Study Commission discussion, circulate for comment, prepare final agenda for publication; + Maintain list of future action or discussion items; + Coordinate with Ex-Officio member regarding notice of meetings. Minimum Required Qualifications + Must be of legal age to perform the duties of the position; + Some office experience required; + Must possess basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and PDF editing in Adobe; + Ability to learn new software platforms.
