THE JOB  

Our show cleaners work under the direction of the Facilities Manager to execute cleaning and overall daily upkeep of the venue. This includes cleaning inside and outside the venue and ensuring a clean and safe environment. Cleaners will work with our Facilities Manager before, during, and after shows to ensure all areas of the venue are clean. Most shifts will be from 5pm to 12am midnight. 

This position pays $22 per hour.  

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO 

Represent Live Nation and Leader Bank Pavilion to all venue visitors, including our business partners and artists, in a professional way 

Adapt to the varying needs of our diverse artists and audiences 

Keep the venue safe and clean at all times, including but not limited to removing all trash from venue, restock restroom paper, materials and hygiene products as needed 

Thoroughly clean all areas of front of house, including but not limited to bathrooms, employee break spaces, outdoor lounge areas, and VIP areas 

Complete a cleaning checklist of all assigned areas 

Ensure all areas are ready to welcome guests 

Communicate effectively with the Facilities Manager to ensure all maintenance and cleaning needs are addressed in a timely manner 

Participate in venue recycling efforts before, during, and after the show 

Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas 

Responsible for maintaining a fun, friendly, and safe environment throughout the venue. uphold venue policies and escalate concerns to appropriate members of the management team in a timely manner 

Perform all other duties as assigned or needed  

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING 

High school diploma or equivalent experience required 

Background in cleaning preferred; general knowledge of cleaning supplies 

Reliable transportation to and from work during late night and early morning hours. Shifts may be outside of public transportation hours.  

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, move and set up furniture, bend over, and remain standing for long periods of time 

Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance; ability to make independent and good judgment decisions within proper policy and procedures. 

Strong verbal and written communication skills 

Strong team player with ability to collaborate and establish strong working relationships with internal and external partners 

Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment 

Action-oriented and results-driven individual 

Passion or interests in music, technology and media
