What you will do:

Provide customers with a professional, approachable and informative service on all products (plumbing and lighting)Identify customer needs & wants and provide a consultative/solution based serviceCollaborate on design planning with creative & tailored recommendations (contractors and customers)Develop quotations, process sales orders, manage deliveries and returnsRespond to all customer inquiries and action new opportunitiesResolve all concerns & issues

What you will bring:

Previous retail sales experience requiredA flair for design or design background is preferredHigh level of commitment to exceptional customer serviceExcellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skillsRequires a self-motivated team player capable of managing multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environmentProfessional demeanor and presentationComputer proficiency an assetAbility to work both individually and in a team environmentKnowledge of the plumbing or lighting industry an assetPost-Secondary experience in Business or a related program preferred

Salary: $50,000 plus commissions

Each resume submitted gets individually reviewed by our team and retained for 24 months if other new and exciting opportunities arise that match your skills and qualifications.
