Position Summary: Shula's Steak House at the Hilton UF is seeking a dedicated PM Server to join our team. This role requires an energetic and detail-oriented individual who can create an exceptional dining experience by consistently delivering high-quality service and hospitality. Responsibilities: Maintain smooth restaurant operations during shifts. Ensure a clean, organized, and appealing dining area, including side stations and tables. Possess extensive knowledge of menu items, beverages, and property amenities. Assist with daily dining room setup and maintenance. Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards. Expedite food orders and confirm accuracy. Complete daily side work tasks. Provide a welcoming and efficient atmosphere for both staff and guests. Take drink and food orders, communicating effectively with kitchen staff. Ensure prompt and accurate food delivery. Process checks and handle cash according to procedures. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of table settings, including polished flatware, glassware, and plates. Remain familiar with property amenities and other dining options. Qualifications Requirements: Prior experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment preferred. Strong communication skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction. Knowledge of food and beverage services, including wine, beer, and spirits. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
