WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

\n\nCommunication with the office regarding defective service trailers, Safe operation and control of the yard\nPresenting trailers for loading on the Goods Outside of the warehouse as per the loading schedule (VLS) \nCommunication with the warehouse loading team to ensure all deliveries are loaded as per the VLS \nManaging the delivery schedule to ensure trailers are presented for loading and taken off bay when loading completed.\nDisplay a high standards of customer service and effective communication with the customer and DHL team.\nKPI is set based on the number of trailers presented and taken off the bay within an hour \n\n

\n\nClean C+E HGV driving license \nShunting experience\nClass one driving experience desirable\n\n
