Location: Nederland, Colorado

Eldora is the backyard winter mountain playground for Greater Denver, Boulder County, and Colorado's northern Front Range. Eldora is located just outside of the charming mountain town of Nederland, Colorado, about 20 miles west of Boulder and less than 50 miles from downtown Denver.

Eldora strives to deliver Colorado’s Front Range the most memorable outdoor adventures to locals and out-of-town visitors.   Eldora Mountain Resort employs up to 700 employees at peak season and has 680 acres of lift-accessible terrain for skiing and snowboarding, including a Woodward Mountain Park experience, and a world class Nordic Center.

Are you great with customer interaction? Do you have experience driving shuttles, buses, or rideshares? Then this is your position. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to; operating Eldora’s in-resort guest shuttles, general Parking responsibilities, maintaining company vehicles, snow removal and drainage control at shuttle stops, fleet maintenance, and helping other Eldora departments as needed/necessary.

Must have the flexibility and ability to work weekends and holidays during the ski season, must have valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. CDL preferred but not required. Candidates with CDL have the opportunity for extra shifts that leave Eldora property. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Drive guests safely through lots and answer guests and provide directions.

Drive employees from the Nederland High School safely to the resort (CDL only).

Assist in Parking duties as needed or during slow times.

Must be able to sit and drive multiple hours a day.

Must be able to work and drive in all-weather and road conditions.

Maintain vehicles. Keep service logs daily.  

Must be able to work all weekends & holidays

This position is a seasonal position and may have fluctuations in hours worked based upon overall business volumes.

Compensation: The proposed hiring rate of $19+ for non-CDL holders and $25+ for CDL endorsed drivers, actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.

Benefits: This is a seasonal position eligible for season pass for employees/dependents and privileges at several other resorts.  Several discount programs (i.e. food & beverage, retail/rental, tickets, etc.) also available.
