At least 5 years of experience as a Software Developer, Lead Developer or Technical Solution ArchitectA cloud native mindset with a proven track record in designing and developing cloud-based applications which could be deployed to multiple cloud providers (Microsoft Azure, Aliyun, AWS, …)Knowledge of technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, Azure ARC, Dapr, Terraform, … and interested in following up the latest technology trendsVery good understanding of the Chinese digital ecosystem (relevant players, typical standards, user expectations, authentication, …) for B2C and B2BHands-on coding experience, scripting, database admistration and system operationsAble to create a sustainable DevOps lifecycle and the ability to troubleshoot on issuesExperience with service-oriented architecture like microservices and ESBA good overview of frameworks, platforms and architectural design principlesExperience in IT architecture consulting and design of governance and rulesAwareness of local regulations like China’s Cybersecurity Law, MLPS 2.0, ICP licensing, …

Main Tasks / 主要任务Design and deliver sustainable solutions and features related to Digital Customer Interaction with a focus on WeChat and WeCom but also including web applicationsProvide technical leadership and governance of the technical stack, best practices and security across internal and external development teamsDefine and maintain a sustainable DevOps lifecycle which is compatible with the global setupAdvise projects with defining their target architecture. Support projects with applying technical knowledge to define target architecture and ensure long term technical viability of new deploymentsBeing pragmatic and hands-on with real coding support for projects: Design and implement new cloud and solutions (hands-on coding required! ~ 30-50%)Communicate and represent China requirements in architecture boards driving forward solutions and standards for digital products (e.g., customer interaction, authentication, payment systems, …)
