• Overall IT Experience 6-8 years.
• Experience with Oracle Siebel architecture (including installation and configuration)
• Experience with upgrading Siebel
• Experience with Siebel CTMS
• Deep understanding of Siebel architecture, data encryption protocols authentication mechanisms, and authorization controls, specifically focusing on security and data protection 
• Delivery of viable plans, proposals, and designs to maintain functional and non-functional behaviour of the Siebel platform at high quality, security, resilience and performance
• Conduct Siebel performance tuning and optimization
• Effective design and implementation of the systems during software design and build.
• Delivery of viable plans, proposals, and designs to maintain functional and non-functional behaviour of the Siebel platform at high quality, security, resilience, and performance.
• Responsible for participating in a team of Siebel application developers for design, development, and delivery of solutions for mission-critical applications running on the Siebel CRM platform in conjunction with wide range of peripheral systems such as BSCS, WebLogic and in-house built applications
