Job Responsibility:

Work with quality department to analyze quality issues and find out the root cause of production problems.tools, machines and equipment for manufacturing.Integrate the facilities and systems for producing quality products with optimal expenditure.Lead trial production, coordinate with R&D, quality and logistics departments. Responsible for new product introduction and mass production coordination.Cooperate with industrial engineer to improve production layout and material and information flow.Monitor and keep the main KPIs of shop floor to continuous improvement

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree, major in mechanical engineering or equivalent.Fluent in written and spoken EnglishQuality assurance (SPC; Gage R&R).etc.Have lean awareness and know basic lean method: e.g. 7 wastes,53, Process MappingProficient in working software SAP, UG, AutoCADQuality awareness based on ISO 9001 requirementUnderstand and be able to use a variety of quality control related tools, understand the quality, environment and safety system requirements
