Profit/Lossresponsibility for assigned projects. + Createand share project specific lessons learned and eliminating/reducingproject NCC’s. + Workclosely with cross-functional teams to plan project deliverables,resources, budget, and schedule. **What You Bring** + Amaster's degree, doctoral degree, or equivalent in Engineering,Engineering Management or Business. + Minimumof 3 months of international experience gained through studying orworking. + Excellentcommunication, leadership, team building & customer facing skills. + Experiencein process improvement, quality management and managing global teams.Project Management certifications preferred. + Significantpractical work experience up to 36 months including knowledge frominternships, working student activities or employment. + ExcellentEnglish skills to work in a multi-cultural environment and be flexible andmobile during the program. + Applicantsmust be legally authorized for employment in the United States withoutneed for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
