Developschedule and budget risk mitigation plans, and control to programrequirements.** + **ConductRisk Management and develop mitigations to minimize non-conformance costsand availability/reliability impacts.** + **Participatein root cause analysis, solution development and verification activities.** **What You Bring** + **Significantpractical work experience up to 36 months including knowledge frominternships, working student activities or employment** + **Amaster's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Aeronautical or ElectricalEngineering or related field.** + **Strongcommunication in a team environment!** + **Minimumof 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working** + **ExcellentEnglish skills to work in a multi-cultural environment, flexibility, andmobility during the program** + **Applicantsmust be legally authorized for employment in the United States withoutneed for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
