From day one, you will work on meaningful projects with three individually designed assignments, including one eight-month international assignment. Working in a team led by a General Project Manager or Project Director, you will be instrumental in supporting the execution and delivery of large scale turnkey EPC projects, according to our world class project excellence standards, from concept through design, procurement, manufacturing, construction, installation, commissioning and acceptance testing. **How You’ll Make an Impact** As part of our Graduate Program, you are on the Siemens Energy team. You’ll share our purpose in energizing society by supporting customers with transitioning to a more sustainable world and will work on real global issues, creating solutions that directly make an impact. + Youwill be part of our Large Projects team and will help realize and overseethe on-time delivery of projects and achievement of business objectives. + Youwill develop technical concepts and prepare proposals for customer specificsolutions. + Youwill support both business success and customer satisfaction in accordancewith the project contracts. **What You Bring** + Motivationand a strong desire to work pro-actively and collaboratively, inculturally diverse and geographically dispersed team environments, onlarge scale technically complex projects over multi year implementationschedules. + Significantpractical work experience up to 36 months including knowledge frominternships, working student activities or employment + Amaster's degree, doctoral degree, or equivalent in electrical / mechanicalengineering or a related field. + Minimumof 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working + ExcellentEnglish skills to work in a multi-cultural environment, flexibility, andmobility during the program Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
