The Opportunity:
Aerial Reconnaissance Surveillance Team (ARST) will provide support services to INSCOM 116th Military Intelligence Brigade. Conduct 24/7 intelligence collection operations of multiple organic and Joint intelligence FMV, A-ISR, GEOINT, SIGINT, PED, and Sensor Operations in support of U.S. Army mission requirements.

Responsibilities:

Perform geolocation and SIGINT collection, processing, analysis and reporting on tasked signals of interest in accordance with NSA associated USSIDs and CONOPS.

Execute SIGINT PED in accordance with EO 12333S with data from A-ISR sensors.

Provide SIGINT products and reports with sufficient evidence and clarity to support development of operational planning documentation


Qualifications:

Required: 

Must have an active TS/SCI with Poly

AA/AS degree, 3 years of intelligence experience including 1 of last 2 years supporting SIGINT collection or HS diploma/GED AND 5 years' intelligence experience with 3 years supporting SIGINT collection.

Excellent written & oral communication, research, and analytic skills

Ability to manage assigned tasks and coordination of projects

Ability to research, create, develop, and deliver professional briefings, multimedia presentations, and written reports

Experience supporting decision making and special projects on integration issues, including the preparation, production, and coordination of written products and briefings for senior stakeholders

Experience with tradecraft and publication and ability to coordinate and support cross-community meetings and working groups, assimilate large volumes of information, and independently produce written reports


Desired:

Knowledge and experience with intelligence operations and in assisting with drafting expert assessments across operations priorities on behalf of the stakeholder

Specialized training from any intelligence collection and analysis school or certification from any of the Service Cryptologic Components (SCC)

Knowledge and understanding of the National Security Agency/Central Security Service (NSA/CSS) policies and procedures

This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available. Individuals who apply may also be considered for other positions at CACI.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$49,700 - $101,800
