The Opportunity:

As a CACI SIGINT Analyst (Target Digital Network Analysis - TDNA), you will serve as a key member of a threat analyses and strategic planning team in direct support of stated requirements for Task Force 40-25, US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), Theater Special Operations Commands and other Strategic Partners across the Special Operations Forces Emerging Threat, Operations and Planning Support (SOFETOPS) enterprise. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise in the area of SIGINT and CYBER operations as well as guidance, mentorship, and training to less-experienced members of Task Force 40-25 and the SOFETOPS enterprise. You will initiate new SIGINT and CYBER requirement processes, organize and implement program methodologies, and ensure inputs are coordinated from other functional groups and technical personnel.

Responsibilities:

Provides specialized senior-level expertise in Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) analysis to retrieve, produce, and exploit standard and non-standard SIGINT products to support the SOFETOPS mission. Provides Scientific and Technical Intelligence (S&TI) analysis of foreign basic and applied research and engineering, prototyping, designing, technology transfer, developmental and operational testing, military fielding, and integration of SIGINT technologies impacting U.S. and foreign military capabilities. Identifies current vulnerabilities and characterizes emerging threats to the government while providing recommendations for countering current and future associated threats.Conducts requirements analysis, S&TI research, and analysis and produces finished S&TI assessments on emerging and disruptive technologies with the potential to impact U.S. military operations.Identifies technical capabilities and performance characteristics of foreign SIGINT systems.Conducts analysis of R&D process and organizations associated with target SIGINT systems.Prepares and provides S&TI products in support of Department of Defense concepts, capability development, and acquisition customers. These products include subject matter briefs, intelligence notes, threat modules, threat briefings, and technical memoranda.Collaborates with intelligence analysts to enrich and complement analytical understanding and intelligence production efforts.Collaborates and coordinates products within DoD and IC agencies and organizations throughout the S&TI Enterprise.Provides digital and analog analysis support, analyzing commercial devices to help determine how they are functioning or are meant to be functioning, which aids in their characterization.Identifies trends in threat development to anticipate future capabilities and reduce costs for the Government.

 Qualifications:

Required: 

Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance with PolyA bachelor’s degree and three years of experience, an associate degree and seven years of experience, or nine years of relevant work experience. We will also consider candidates with five years of directly applicable experience.A minimum of three years experience in operations coordination roles of responsibility within an O-5 or above tactical, operational, or strategic-level command or while supporting a DoD contract of similar size and scope.6 years of experience working in the role of Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA), Digital Network Exploitation Analyst (DNEA), or MOS equivalent depending on service.Experience working with NSA/CSS or Joint/SOF organizations in targeting, intelligence analysis, and/or supporting operations.Experience in signals intelligence targeting analysis and organizing global intelligence operations.Working knowledge of the tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real-time or near-real-time knowledge management systems.  Good communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong attention to detail.

Desired: 

Experience supporting USASOC or Joint SOF organizations. Must work independently with limited government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment. Certifications: SCRUM Master Course; GSM, UMTS and CDMA cellular collection certification; Project Management; Digital network Intelligence Course; Network+, Security plus+, Ethical Hacker, Analysis 101, Analytical Integrity and Standards Group; Defense Strategic Debriefing Course; SOCOM SIGINT Operators CourseAny Cyber PDSI Work Role or Equivalent: Exploitation Analyst; Exploitation Analyst; Digital Network Exploitation Analyst; Cyberspace Operator; Expeditionary Cyber Operator; Cyber Capability Developer; Analytic Support Officer

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$70,900 - $148,900
