**ManTech** seeks a motivated, career, and customer-oriented **Systems Engineer** to join our team in the **Ft. Meade, MD** area In this role you will be responsible for analyzing user’s requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications. You will be responsible for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with Systems Engineering. **Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:** + Analyze system requirements and lead design and development activities. + Guide users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies. + Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology. + Develop system architecture and system design documentation while guiding system development, testing, and implementation. + Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts. **Basic Qualifications:** + 14 years of experience in a technical field related to Systems Engineering and/or Signals Intelligence + Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, information sciences or engineering; or 5 years or additional experience in lieu of degree, **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience with intelligence community compliance + Experience with task tracking and documentation software (e.g., Confluence and JIRA). + Management, creation and execution of systems engineering plans (functional and technical), capabilities documents, requirements documentation and interface control documentation + Coordination and resolution of action items from Agile Scrums, Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings, design reviews, program reviews, and test reviews that require cross-discipline coordination + Experience with capabilities design and evaluation, systems budgeting, physical architectures and developing systems evaluation criteria + Experience reviewing and providing input to program and contract work breakdown structure (WBS), work packages and the integrated master plan (IMP) + Deriving lower-level requirements from higher-level allocated requirements that describe in detail the functions that a system component must fulfill, and ensure these requirements are complete, correct, unique, unambiguous, realizable, and verifiable **Security Clearance Requirements:** + Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph **Physical Requirements:** + Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. + Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. + Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer ManTech International Corporation, as well as its subsidiaries proactively fulfills its role as an equal opportunity employer.
