Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation: Starting wage $18.50, adjusted based on experience.

Job Summary
Killington and Pico Ski Resorts strives to provide our guests unforgettable experiences, and signage is an important part of that experience. It stems well beyond providing directions; it plays a crucial role in providing guests with important information as well as ensuring the resort looks cohesive and presentable. As a member of the Killington Brand Marketing and Communications team, the Sign Shop Technician is responsible for printing, producing and installing most resort signage in line with requests submitted by various departments at Killington Resort and Pico Mountain.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Printing signs of various shapes and sizes on a variety of materials such as vinyl and styrene
Adhering signage to materials such as dibond and coroplast
Cutting materials with a variety of tools such as a table saw, panel saw and exacto knives
Reports to Creative Services Manager ensuring projects are completed on time and without error
Work alongside the Sign Shop Administrator to complete projects ensuring priorities are met and align with requests being submitted
Installation of most signage around the resort on a weekly basis. This includes using a drill, heat gun and ladders. Most of this installation occurs outside in the elements.
Work with other departments around the resort to ensure projects are completed quickly and accurately
Manage the project management platform Basecamp two days per week to assist in timely production of signs. This includes providing status updates, adding tasks and contacting other departments to let them know their projects are complete and ready for pick up.
Collaborate and share ideas with all members of the marketing and communications team.

Basic Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have reliable transportation to and from the resort
Must work weekends and holidays
Must be comfortable using a variety of power tools including but not limited to table saws, panel saw and drills
Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop preferred, not required
Working knowledge of Basecamp or other project management tools
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment
Must be willing to work outside weekly when signage installation is required
Required Knowledge and Skills and Abilities:
Excellent attitude, self-motivating
Ability to work with moderate supervision
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient in using Microsoft 365 applications such as Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Outlook
Excellent communication skills and willingness to collaborate with other resort departments
Experience using power tools such as a panel saw and table saw preferred, not required Candidate will be provided with training and daily use will be required
Knowledge of large format printers and printing materials a plus
