Your Team, Your Impact

As a Signal Integrity Principal Engineer at Marvell, you will be a key member of the Signal Integrity Engineering (SIE) group. The SIE team is responsible for developing cutting-edge signal and power integrity designs for switching products featuring the most advanced and high-speed interfaces. This team thrives on tackling complex signal integrity challenges to deliver state-of-the-art technology and ensure exceptional performance in Marvell's switching solutions. switching products featuring the most advanced and high-speed interfaces.

What You Can Expect

Develop creative power and signal integrity solutions at package and system levels for Marvell devices.Design and optimize power delivery networks (PDN), ensuring they meet challenging electrical performance requirements.Evaluate and guide package and board-level designs to meet high-speed signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) standards.Perform electromagnetic simulations and evaluate EDA tools for flow development and efficiency improvements.Conduct high-speed measurements and analysis to validate and optimize designs.Work closely with layout engineers and cross-functional teams to implement effective PDN and SI solutions.Lead the development of 3D package and board structures to enable next-generation high-speed interfaces.Provide guidance on packaging technologies, substrate design rules, and assembly processes.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or physics (master’s or PhD preferred).10+ years of experience in high-speed signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI).Strong expertise in electromagnetic principles, signal integrity, and power integrity.Hands-on experience with 3D extraction tools (e.g., HFSS) and SPICE simulations.Deep knowledge of PDN design, modeling, and analysis using tools such as PowerSI and SIwave.Strong understanding of circuit elements, inductance, capacitance, and simulation techniques.Experience with high-speed lab equipment and measurement techniques.Familiarity with Ethernet high-speed standards.Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple geographies.Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.Experience in 2.5D/3D package development.Familiarity with packaging technologies, materials, and substrate design rules.
