Job Summary Responsible for Sign Shop request fulfillment serving all Tower Health facilities. Oversees project requests from initial contact, estimation, design, layout, fabrication, and installation. Display an advanced knowledge of EFI digital printing technology, thermal and engraving sign making equipment for directional, way-find and regulatory signage. Will manage way-find architectural design for consistency at all Tower locations. Responsible to update sign shop software and technology, ensuring it is adaptable to an ever-changing environment. Coordinates with Tower Health Marketing to preserve brand standards. Will travel to various Tower locations when needed. Maintains current working knowledge of ADA, NFPA and FGI requirements related to signage. Will train and mentor staff to produce high quality signage. Responsible to provide notice to affected departments when scheduling installations. Will foster strong relationships with other Leads and Managers. Works alongside Facilities Management Senior Leadership in preparation for all Joint Commission, Department of Health, and other regulatory inspections, to ensure all signage is up to code to prevent deficiencies. Will follow a work request process prioritizing Life Safety and Regulatory needs. Responsible for regular maintenance on electronic imaging equipment, order materials and inks to keep inventory. Oversees vendors where project needs exceed the capabilities of the sign shop. #READ Qualifications Education Requirements Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
