**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Characterization of Digital Reference Circuits** : Work with wafer, bare dies, and packaged samples to assess active/passive power, performance, and reliability indicators.
+ **Sample Handling and Measurement Execution** : Utilize prober/tester/characterization setups to conduct precise measurements.
+ **Optimization of Characterization Capabilities** : Improve and streamline characterization routines and processes.
+ **Lab Relocation Support** : Assist in the preparation and execution of lab moves, including ramp-down/up of lab setups with reference measurements.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ **Education** : Currently enrolled in an engineering program (Physics, Electronics, Mechatronics, or similar) in the 5th semester or higher.
+ **Lab Experience** : Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and power supplies.
+ **Technical Knowledge** : Basic understanding of experimental electrical measurement setups, CMOS, solid-state semiconductor physics, and circuitry.
+ **Programming Skills** : Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or C.
+ **Team Collaboration** : Strong collaboration skills within an engineering team.
+ **Learning Enthusiasm** : A strong desire to learn and grow in a technical environment.
+ **Language Proficiency** : Proficiency in English (spoken and written); German is a plus.
