Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. + 8 years of experience with silicon development programs including research, algorithm development, digital and physical design, implementation, verification, bring-up or post-silicon maintenance. + 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role. Preferred qualifications: + Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent field. + Experience leading projects using High-Level Synthesis (HLS) tools and methodologies, such as Vivado HLS and Catapult. + Experience leading machine learning research and development projects. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Proven track record of leading research and development of silicon algorithms and execution of silicon programs. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
