About this opportunity:

We are currently seeking a diligent and innovative Improvement and Performance Specialist, who will have the responsibility of contributing to our mission of driving sustainable and progressive changes in operations, business flows, and internal functions. Within this crucial role, you will identify, support and drive impactful transformations that aim at enhancing customer, operational, and financial performance. You'll be instrumental in pushing the boundaries of improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous advancement, setting targets, and managing operational performances.

What you will do:

Analyze processes, workflows, operations, and organizations and propose actionable improvements.Define and set Objectives and Key Results (OKR) for each transformation initiative, creating robust business cases where necessary.Pinpoint and manage risks associated with transformation initiatives, taking decisive action where required.Drive the introduction and deployment of new digital interventions or changes in existing ones, ensuring seamless transition into stable state.Head transformation initiatives from inception to implementation, ensuring specified OKRs are attained, and business cases are realized.Manage a portfolio of transformations, guaranteeing synergy across different operational flows and units.

The skills you bring:

Assessing automation opportunity from technical perspectiveKnowledge of Power automate, Power Apps and generative AIOpportunity identification and Advancement using Lean Six Sigma expertise

With 8+ years of experience as an Improvement and Performance Specialist/LeadBachelor's degree holderHybrid - BGC office
