Virtual time Study & various Virtual Assembly Process validation study. + Part/Assembly simulation assessments – to Identify the assembly difficulties, Parts interference/Misalignment as per the process sequence using process simulation. + Ergonomic Dynamic simulation assessments – To Assess reachability and Hand clearance & Line of Sight analysis by using Mannequin while loading the part in assembly using Process Simulate (Tecnomatix) + Tecnomatix Plant Simulation platform to simulate production & Logistics Planning Challenges. + To perform simulation of line balancing, aisle congestion study, material flow Optimization, Bottle Neck Analysis and Throughput Analysis. + Develop 3D Layouts with required level of details from Concept phase to Installation Phase + Create & Review Reverse Engineering 3D Models using Point Cloud data. + Involve in the Program review events with IMG, NA & EU Teams. + Manage the asset Library and perform QC for all assets before publishing. + Ongoing Updates / Maintenance of the 3D Layouts + Clash Simulation for all modified Lines for Facility Issues + Can be able to work in Connected workflow using Teamcenter. + Engage with suppliers for Equipment’s Design and incorporate those designs in 3D Layouts. + Cross verification of the tools Design uploaded by supplier in terms of FORD Quality + Create Walkthrough Animation for various departments / Shops in Teamcenter Vismockup + Creating Future State 3D Layout for the Upcoming Programs + Creating 3D Model using Catia / Autodesk Inventor or any other 3D CAD tools using 2D Drawings + Simplify, Publish & Review OEM’s 3D CAD to Classification + Updating 2D Layouts as per provided Inputs. + Develop new Used Cases of leveraging 3D Layouts.
