Simulation Principal Project Manager

 Main Responsibilities:

Coordinate and Follow project execution complying with Westinghouse’s project management procedures. That means: manage risks and opportunities, lead Contract management, lead monthly project review, define jointly with the Lead Engineer the schedule, resources plan, financial estimates, resources demands and risks register, update financial data in enterprise database, approve time and expenses of the project, and elaborate the project Lessons Learn. Coordinate technical expertise to support problem resolution and support site execution RFQ analysis and proposal development Create ideas for continuous improvement, growth and progress Cultivate customer relationship with direct communication Travelling mainly in US and Europe according to project needs Leader of Control Room activities in Westinghouse related to the hardwire panel design and manufacturing Leader of Control Room activities in Westinghouse related to the Electrical panel design and wiring Responsible for management of the tasks associated with Control Room Panel projects.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline required Project Management and Technical interest oriented 5 years experience in simulation projects. 2 years experience managing simulation projects Fluent in English. Spanish will be considered Availability to travel to customer sites and industry events. Well-organized with proven success in managing assignments to timely completion. Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
