Simulation Service Owner (F/M/X)

About the role

Our DT/Simulation team, composed of 2 people, is integrated in the Digital Manufacturing department of the Digital Technology(DT) service and focuses on the service related to the simulation applications in collaboration with several stakeholders within DT, industrial streams, global business units and key software editors. As a Simulation Service Owner, you will ensure the smooth running of the services we deliver and be committed to respect SLA with our internal customers. You will be accountable for: Service definition : service catalog definition; service request/change request implementation; asset CMDB configuration & management (PCs + applications) Service management: manage end to end delivery, define the targets and monitor the performance of the service (SLA, KPI definition and follow up) ; critical incident/problem management and escalation; drive continuous service improvement Application license contract management: monitor application stability and follow-up licenses consumption; define the license contracts, negotiate with the editors, drive the purchasing process of new software or regular increase Application functional support: Provide the applications functional expertise to our customers, and the advanced support like the interactions between server & Database, data management, etc… Project management: participate in the different projects linked to the industrial, DT technology evolution and security/regulations; manage the projects linked to the simulation scope Roadmap and strategy definition : define the modelization & simulation governance and strategy ( tools/application evolution, application rationalization, etc…), application & service budget management  We offer a permanent contract based on hybrid working mode in Europe, preferably near Lyon, Paris or Lisbon..

 

About you

Relevant education degree in Engineering or equivalent university degree.  Relevant work experience of 5 to 7 years in Simulation domaine or IT services Competencies: IT Solution, Server and Windows environment Wide simulation culture in various fields: Process Engineering (Ansys, Digimat, Aspen Engineering, etc…), CFD, FEA, Molecular Modeling, Chemistry, … Good knowledge on Simulation tools (functional and technical) : Ansys, @Risk, Arena, Aspen Engineering Suite, Dynsim, ExtendSim, JMP,  ProSimPlus HNO3, SciLab, Winsorp, Matlab, Minitab, chemdraw, StarCCM, Simapro,etc… Project Management / Budget management  Service definition & management Behaviors: Strong customer orientation and problem solving skills Achievement drive Ability to work effectively within a team environment, communicate effectively; collaboration, trust and support each other to better succeed collectively Accountability for everything we do

 

About the pay and benefits

Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the France base pay reasonably expected for this role is 52000€ to 63000€, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
