Join the Enterprise Demand Supply Control (EDSC) organization as a Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) Coordinator. In this role, you will be at the forefront of an enterprise decisional process that ensures our supply plans align with aggregated demand plans, enabling Lockheed Martin Aeronautics to deliver against customer requirements.

SIOP plays a critical role in identifying gaps between supply and demand and proactively implementing strategic action plans to ensure future forecasted demands are met. This well-established process supports F-35, IFG, AMMM, and is in the startup phase for U-2/ADP. This position offers high visibility with senior leadership across Program Management, Industrial Engineering, Global Supply Chain, Global Production Operations, Sustainment, and Enterprise Operations.


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Supporting the development of a SIOP process for Make materials, ensuring supply and demand alignment.
• Initiating and managing mitigation strategies to address future supply and demand risks.
• Collaborating with Industrial Engineering and Production Operations to analyze SIOP output and track assigned actions to closure.
• Driving data-driven decision-making to optimize material availability and production readiness.
• Assisting in the 1LMX transformation, helping to expand SIOP processes across all Lockheed Martin Business Areas.
• Coordinating across cross-functional teams to improve supply chain efficiency and operational planning.

AeroSCM
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with Industrial Engineering, Production Operations, Purchasing, Sustainment, &/or Manufacturing environments.

• Experience with MRP/ERP &/or SAP Planning Concept.

• Understanding of Demand / Supply relationships.
Desired Skills:
• Experience with SIOP processes and understanding of SVSI

• Networking experience, to influence solutions, and benefit business partners

• Experience leading and creating presentations for meetings and/or Senior Leadership briefings; on site or virtually

• Experience with Trend Analysis by analyzing data sets, and the development of risk mitigation plans,

• Experience acting upon data from multiple organizational areas; then leveraging the lead practices from those other areas, across the company to achieve positive effective outcomes overall

• +1 years’ in Industrial Engineering and/or Production Operations/Production Control

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Works independently and in a collaborative and team-based environment

• Experience with multi-tasking and managing competing priorities

• Experience with analyzing problems and recommending solutions

• Experience in business development/program management of an Aeronautics portfolio

• Experience using Kinaxis Rapid Response and Tableau

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
