Overview of the job

To manage the day-to-day operations involved in ESS ops, supply chain, ensuring CM site compliance, personnel, and timely delivery of finished product from the CM sites along with regulatory and legal requirements.  

This role requires a degree in business, management, RPM availability, timely analysis of RPM and finished product as stated in SLEA, communication to all concern departments / MFTs for business related activities are referred. Previous experience required and strong working knowledge in making and packing of pharmaceutical products with similar management position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software

Your team

This role reports to Sr. Manager, ESS Operation, also will work closely with MPD, QO and RA.

How success looks like

Business delivery linked to product manufacturing, RPM accountability / ownership, CM site GMP, Asset monitoring etc.

EM site Management-: Good manufacturing practices (GMP) involve making, packing and timely delivery of finished product from CM site up to DC which should be meeting all regulatory compliance.

Person is solely responsible for RPM, semifinished product, finished product assets, accountability.

Agility and quick learning- Ability to lead the CM issues from front for the compliance.

Organizational and self-upskilling – Candidate should be fast learner and should adopt the P&G policies rapidly. Approach should be proactive and good into communication skill.

Responsibilities of the role

Site Leader for CM site

Monitoring /Supervising day-to-day manufacturing and packing operations virtually, physically as per delivery schedule committed to SIP.

Timely FP dispatch from CM site to Distribution centre as per allocation shared by planning.

Timely updation of Raw pack material utilization, finished product confirmation, Material utilization reporting in SAP.

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

All the time product making and packing activities needs to be executed as per product specific environmental conditions.

Accountable for P&G account materials, assets.

Active participation is required in Alternate vendor development, net structural savings & tech transfer activities.

Responsible for CM site audits and timely compliance of Corrective and preventive actions. 

Responsible for raising site specific change requests in online tools.

Responsible for raising COUPA PO, GR of COUPA & its tracking.
