Introduction
We are now seeking a Site Account Manager to strengthen our key accounts team in the Nordics. As a Site Account Manager, you will be developing and managing specific customer accounts to create a healthy business with high customer satisfaction. You get a chance to develop your personal and professional skills in the world´s leading company in minerals and metals processing technology. In this role, you report to Director, Sales and Services Minerals, Finland.
You can be based anywhere in Finland (preferably in the southern region). We are pleased to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options. Please note that the position involves travelling.
What you do
You are responsible for selected key accounts, all end-to-end sales activities and account management. Actively plan and execute sales activities, manage and improve relationships and cooperation, and develop solutions for customer needs and challenges to support their targets. Actively cooperate with all company and market area functions. Contribute to the sales strategy, action planning and budgeting and drive service sales and service business development in Nordics to reach your targets. Ensure compliance with global sales process and keep sales and customer data up to date in CRM system.
Who you are
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g. in Technology, Economics or similar) along with at least five years of relevant sales experience or work experience at customer interface. Knowledge of the mining and metal industry is a plus. You have a sales-oriented mindset, a good understanding of the market trends and customer needs. You are self-driven person with a positive attitude and a sense of humor. You have the ability to find business opportunities and communicate fluently with different stakeholders. You have excellent interpersonal skills and you enjoy cooperating with all kinds of people. You have good written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English. You have a valid driver's license to travel to client sites as needed. Most importantly, you enjoy new challenges and are ambitious with sales and customer work.
