Dewberry is currently seeking an entry level Site Acquisition Coordinator for our Electric Vehicle (EV), Right of Way (ROW) Acquisition, and Telecommunications team. The ideal candidate would be in Boston, MA; Baltimore, MD; Fairfax, Fairfax VA, Richmond, VA and Philadelphia market Office Locations. We are open to remote candidates who meet the position criteria.

 

Our growing, fast-paced business sector, which focuses on Electric Vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure, Right of Way Acquisition and Telecommunications infrastructure is seeking a client focused, highly motivated, organized, outgoing, and aggressive individual for site acquisition projects.  The site acquisition coordinator is responsible for performing site acquisition services in our varying lines of work including permitting, easement/lease negotiations, wireless telecommunications modification, new build and small cell projects, EV permitting, R.O.W. Acquisition and various telecommunications-related projects. These include new site builds, site modifications, distributed antenna systems, small cell systems and other entitlement services associated with wireless and wireline projects. The role requires tracking project deliverables schedules & financials and oversees projections for timely achievement of milestone complete dates.

 

This is an entry level position for those who are interested in a promising career path in real estate, ROW acquisition, EV and Telecommunications.

Responsibilities

The Site Acquisition Coordinator should have a strong willingness to learn industries and skills working on projects in a team environment in the EV and Telecom market segment. Responsibilities include working collaboratively with Dewberry’s telecom teams on our projects, tracking projects and reporting schedules and forecasts of tasks on a site-by-site basis for our clients.

 

The successful candidate will report to one of our Site Acquisition Project Managers and be responsible for successful execution of our site acquisition services, client satisfaction, project delivery, technical quality, and coordinating site acquisition services within an established network of offices. The candidate will have access to corporate technical expertise and resources in addition to the demonstrated subject matter experts on our experienced team. 

 

Required Skills & Required Experience BS degree preferred and 0-3 years of site acquisition experience overall, on EV, wireless and wireline projects. Strong interest in working for EV and Telecommunications clients delivering integrated services required.  Candidates with a strong understanding and experience working in a collaborative manner are desired.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong skills using Microsoft programs including excel, word and power point are required.A willingness to learn and expand your knowledge in real estate, advanced technical programs and business is essential.
