They are establishing a state-of-the-art solar cell manufacturing plant in Narmadapuram district and are seeking a skilled Site Admin & HR professional to manage administrative and human resources functions, with a strong emphasis on government liaison and compliance.
Job Summary: The Site Admin & HR will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and human resources activities at the construction site. This includes managing site operations, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and facilitating effective communication between the company and government authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative operations at the construction site. Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Liaise with government authorities to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Handle all documentation and reporting related to government compliance. Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth site operations. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Ensure workplace safety and adherence to labor laws. Manage site logistics, including procurement of materials and equipment. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among site personnel.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in site administration and HR management, preferably in construction or manufacturing projects. Proven experience in government liaison and compliance. Strong knowledge of labor laws, safety regulations, and compliance requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in HR management software and tools.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in renewable energy or solar cell manufacturing projects. Certification in HR Management (SHRM-CP, PHR) or related field.Benefits:
