**Position Overview**
As Site Administrator, you will provide construction administration services to ensure technical documents are completed in accordance with technical and internal quality standards.

**Location**
The position will be based on our project in Darlington, ON. The successful candidate will be local to Darlington, Oshawa or surrounding areas, or willing to relocate.

**Responsibilities**
+ Performs administrative duties for office ensuring all technical documentation is maintained in accordance with our quality standards.
+ Assist the designers, manager and coordinators with the day-to-day Activities.
+ Prepare office orders to maintain Inventory of required office materials and assets.
+ Keep and maintain the technical files and documents, prepare records and reports for auditing
+ Perform related duties as assigned.
+ Worked closely with document control to maintain the document records for liability period and engineering records.
+ Schedule appointments SC and prepare minutes of meetings, invite, place, …. And follow up with the stakeholders.
+ Prepare Purchase Order request for manager’ s review, and keep records for budget.
+ Record engineering hours for internal and external designers
+ Prepare and check payment and invoices of external designers and Design SC.
+ Work with another team to help prepare the PO for items designed by technical team
+ Help the team in prepare their expenses, invoices, it requests,….
+ Supports the ordering and assignment of IT equipment, including laptops phones and printers.
**Qualifications**
+ 3-5 years minimum experience in construction office administration or similar roles
+ Experience working in construction environment is considered an asset
+ Experience working in accounting or baking environment is considered an asset
+ Proficient in MS Office applications in MS Windows environment
+ Must be able to deal with sensitive issues in a confidential manner
+ Strong communication skills, dealing tactfully with employees, visitors and customers
+ Ability to prioritize tasks and work with timelines
+ Must be comfortable working on-site and in office
+ Knowledge of Aconex and AutoCAD is considered an asset.
