Site Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Site Administrator to join our Mining – Drill & Blast team at our Goldfields, WA operations. This will be on going, long-term project work.
Full-time position on a FIFO from Perth. Roster is 8:6 roster – day shift only.
The Role:
Reporting to the Operation Manager, the Site Administrator facilitates smooth operations by providing essential administrative support, ensuring efficient coordination of resources, and maintaining accurate records.
This role plays a pivotal part in optimizing site functionality, enabling the team to focus on core operational tasks while ensuring logistical and administrative processes run seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain site daily site reports.
• Enter purchase orders and receipt goods using the accounting system.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing freight.
• Maintain stationery and office consumables.
• Processing, completion and forwarding of time sheets and assisting with payroll queries.
• Maintain stock and purchases.
• Assist the Operations Manager and Site Management team as required.
• Other operational support as required.
The successful applicant will have:
• Full Australian Working Rights
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Administration type role
• C Class Drivers Licence (Manual)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Microsoft Office Suite – intermediate to advanced
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritise
• A positive attitude towards safety, training & environment
• Pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol assessment
