We are seeking a Site Administrator (Fort McMurray) to support our Heavy Construction and Mining team by providing the coordination and management of a variety of site functions, such as: accommodations, on-boarding, logistics of travel and administrative functions. Administrators play a key role in connecting site staff to our corporate head office as well as responding to client needs..  This is a great opportunity for an organized individual with strong attention to detail who enjoys working with a high performing and innovative team while making an impact.

 

Monday to Friday (8:00am-4:30pm). Position will start working from home and then move into our new office, in town. 

 

Salary: $48,000 to $58,000 per annum.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

Production of documents, reports and presentation materials. Organize and arrange logistics and produce supporting materials for internal and external meetings. Provide information as appropriate and required. Screen requests and identify issues to determine priority, screen visitors, phone calls, and read and prioritize incoming communications. Coordinate and manage on-boarding of new-hires, re-hires, and transfers. Mobilizing employees through various site software (Fieldglass)Coordinate and manage accommodation & travel bookings (iLogistics, Dawinci)Employee set up and training record management (Bistrainer)Coordinating and booking 3rd party training requests.Complete administrative functions including filing, collation of expense accounts and stationary orders. Data collection, analysis, data entry and reporting. Collection and routing of timecards to proper clients (both internally and externally) Reception coverage when needed. What Makes You the ONE

Minimum one year experience in an administrative position. Experience with sourcing project materials considered an asset.Post-secondary education related to office or business administration would be considered an asset.Strong organization and administrative skills, including the ability to work independently with minimal direction. Good working knowledge of the organization's external business relationships. Extensive technical skills using MS Office, Outlook, and the ability to actively reference the internet. Superior communication skills with the ability to liaise with all levels of the organization and to use strong network skills to achieve results and obtain information required, using tact, diplomacy, and discretion. Experience in business writing, drafting correspondence, minute taking, reports, etc. Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a calm and professional manner.Strong detail orientation.
