Site Administrator (FTC for 15 months)

Hours of work: 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday (between the hours of 7am and 4pm)

The job role 


Working within the Site & Procurement Team, you will provide efficient and effective administration support to Plant Management Team, administering procurement activities.


The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


Personnel and Payroll inputRaising purchase ordersStock management and procurement of site consumables, including chemicalsInventory adminEnsuring that required training and medicals across the sire are recorded and organisedMonth End and Reporting

You will:


Have a background of working within Admin or Payroll, with experience of working within a fast-paced environment.


The right candidate will:


Have GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and EnglishBe organised and able to multi-taskHave excellent communication skills and be a real people personBe proficient in the use of IT, ideally having used SAP and Google Drive previouslyWork collaboratively within a team
