Key Responsibilities:
Office & Lab Resource Management:Manage supplies, inventory, and routine office and lab expenses, including rent, utilities, and service contracts.Coordinate the use of site resources such as conference rooms, cubicle assignments, and lab resources, ensuring proper tracking and availability for meetings or project needs.Project Administration & Documentation:Administer project assignments, working closely with project managers and engineers to ensure efficient resource allocation and billing.Prepare and manage project-related documentation, including digital and physical copies, transmittals, and status reports.Assist with aggregating project timelines, providing summaries across our project portfolio to ensure deadlines and key milestones are staffed effectively.Site Coordination & Safety Support:Support the organization of safety training and ensure completion of weekly and monthly safety walks for both office and lab areas.Coordinate logistics for office and lab visits, ensuring meeting space and lab setup are properly arranged.Shipping & Receiving Coordination:Oversee the receipt and shipment of goods, ensuring proper documentation and handling for both office and lab materials.Qualifications:
Proven experience in project administration, office management, or site coordination roles.Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly for project tracking and documentation management.Ability to manage both office and lab resources, collaborating across departments to ensure smooth operations.The salary range for this position is 65,000.00 – 75,000.00 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
