Main Responsibilities:

As a Senior HR (Site) Business Partner, you will be responsible for partnering with Regional and Global HR Business Partners and COEs to enable people strategies and priorities for business groups. You will represent HR in business decisions and provide input into HR programs, initiatives, and service delivery strategies based on business needs. You will be responsible for implementing important people programs in alignment with strategic objectives.

Other Responsibilities:

Set Strategic Vision and Talent Strategies: Collaborate with executives to establish a strategic vision for the global function and develop organizational talent strategies that drive perfection in hiring, development, retention, and rewards. This includes organizational planning, talent pipeline management for executives, HiPO, and key talent, as well as strategic workforce planning, including global footprint optimization, people movement, and organization design.Drive HR Strategies and Solutions: Implement HR strategies that deliver business results, use data to anticipate trends, and act as the conscience of the function. Champion change initiatives, promote Micron values, and drive culture efforts. This also involves active participation in executive staff meetings, mentoring, influencing, counseling, and partnering with ER on high-profile cases.Define and Prioritize Initiatives: Establish specific initiatives to achieve people strategies, prioritize high-value activities, and streamline low-value tasks. Navigate the function to influence decisions outside of HR, set metrics, and influence stretch goals. Additionally, this includes HR project/program design, customer input, talent reviews, and executive compensation.Advance Culture and Inclusion: Continuously lead efforts in advancing culture, engagement, and diversity and inclusion. Define clear success measures, influence leaders to prioritize these initiatives, and partner with leadership to set plans and measure progress. Promote diversity and inclusion, and develop action planning for Engage! initiatives.Vision and Results Communication Strategy: Devise and implement a comprehensive communication strategy to convey the organization's vision and accomplishments at the functional level. Cultivate understanding of the correlation between business initiatives and outcomes within the organization and with enterprise-level partners. This also includes recruiting executives, handling job descriptions and approval processes, and influencing decisions with HR analytics and metrics.

Candidate Profile:

You must have at least a bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of demonstrable experience Human Resources in a cross-functional & matrix environment. Strong relationship-building skills are important, along with the ability to influence and communicate optimally throughout all levels. You must possess the ability to be agile and adapt to dynamic business environment. Previous HR Business Partner experience is preferred.  

Business insight and a comprehensive understanding of the industry.Adept at anticipating trends, interpreting their impact on business and people strategy, and using data to resolve broader directions.Experienced in demonstrating people strategies to drive company goals and possessing a comprehensive understanding of HR functions and their influence on business success.Demonstrated ability to deliver impactful results by effectively mentoring and influencing executives. Excels in a vibrant environment that requires strong analytical and strategic skills.Excel in driving cross-functional communications and organizational change, building positive relationships, and managing time optimally.
