Position Profile
The Site Coordinator is accountable for the daily operations of a solo-person site. This role is responsible for delivering contracted office services, including but not limited to:

Reception Conference Center & Catering Support Facilities Services Coordination Mail Room Services AV and IT Smart Hands Backup

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of a mail room, copy center, or scanning facility. Operate office equipment such as PCs, copiers, multifunction devices, imaging, and mail equipment. May handle courier services, reception, switchboard operations, shipping & receiving, and mail processing. Serve as the primary point of contact with the customer on a daily basis. Implement and manage Ricoh Service Excellence Programs. Operate required equipment/software efficiently to meet service level agreements. Control costs by effectively utilizing company materials and supplies. Perform routine tasks such as creating/completing work orders, contractor monitoring, inspections, and reporting facility-related issues. Interact with contracted vendors, facility management, and building occupants. Manage office supply inventory and reordering. Coordinate conference rooms and manage A/V equipment resources. Maintain positive internal working relationships through professional communication. Collect and provide data to leadership and customers, including monthly reporting. Ensure financial responsibilities are met. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Certifications)

High school diploma or GED required Minimum 1 year of experience in a related B2B or technical field At least 1 year of customer-facing experience Demonstrated understanding of technology

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Tactical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to present to small groups Basic customer service and technical aptitude Strong written and verbal communication skills

Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Demands

Office environment with standard lighting, ventilation, temperature, and noise levels Must interpret, comprehend, and apply complex material and instructions Some physical effort required: walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects up to 50 lbs Moderate dexterity required for tasks involving calculators, keyboards, hand tools, and coordination
