Making your impact 

Ensure all general filing for site is organised and maintainedHoliday/absence records – maintain planner, updating records with approved holiday requests and absencesAssist the shift teams in the accurate control of sparesControl and order staff Uniform requirementsControl and order levels of spares, tools, consumables & other “non spares”Book training courses and maintain records of mandatory training undertakenControl bookings for car hire and hotel for siteCollate overtime information onto time-sheets for siteUpdate HR department with employee detail changes as requiredDistribute and maintain sign-offs for all relevant documentationEnsure that H&S noticeboard is kept up to dateMaintain key cabinet, contents and records

Contributing to the team  ​

Experience of administration and general office duties (required)Experience and knowledge of working within an engineering environment (preferred)Must be comfortable liaising with Internal and External bodies as and when required.Strong communication skillsEducated to ‘O’ level, GCSE or NVQ 3 standardExcellent Microsoft office suite abilitiesBasic understanding of Time and Attendance software systems (preferable)Experience of CMMS systems (preferable)Self driven and ability to work autonomouslyTeam Player, who is supportive and collaborative
