About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Coordinator to join our team for the Nayara project in Jamnagar, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have experience in project administration within an engineering company, excellent client and site management skills, and proficiency in SAP for tasks such as PR creation and vendor management. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Coordinate day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth execution of project activities. Manage client and site expectations by maintaining effective communication and addressing any concerns promptly. Handle project administration, including documentation, scheduling, and reporting. Use SAP to create Purchase Requisitions (PR), manage vendors, and monitor procurement processes. Collaborate with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timelines and quality standards are met. Maintain compliance with safety and quality protocols at the site. WHAT YOU’LL NEED Bachelor’s degree in any field. Prior experience in project administration within an engineering company is essential. Proficiency in SAP for PR creation and vendor management. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage client and team expectations effectively.
