Position Title: Site Coordinator
Position Profile:
The Site Coordinator is responsible for managing the daily operations of a solo-person site. This includes performing a variety of contracted office services such as Copy Services, Courier Services, Managed Print Services, Hospitality, Imaging, and Mail Services.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the mailroom, copy center, or scanning facility, including operating office equipment such as PCs, copiers, multifunction devices, imaging, and mail equipment. May also be responsible for additional duties such as: Courier Services Reception Services Switchboard Operations Shipping & Receiving Delivery and Processing of Mail Serve as the main point of contact with customers, ensuring effective communication and excellent customer service on a daily basis. Implement and manage Ricoh Service Excellence Programs to ensure high service quality. Efficiently operate required equipment and software to meet service level agreements. Achieve profitability through effective use of company materials and supplies. Manage daily routine functions, including: Creating and completing work orders Contractor monitoring and inspections Reporting facility-related issues Providing support as needed Collaborate with contracted vendors, facility management, and occupants as needed. Responsible for office supply inventory reordering. May manage conference room coordination and A/V equipment resource management. Maintain positive internal working relationships with all department employees by communicating professionally. Collect and provide data to leadership and customers, including completing monthly reports with support from assigned leadership. Ensure financial responsibilities are met. Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Certifications):
High school diploma or GED required. At least 1 year of experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical). At least 1 year of customer-facing work experience. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of technology.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Tactical thought processing and problem-solving skills. Ability to present information to a small group. Basic customer service skills. Basic technical aptitude. Strong written and verbal communication skills.Working Conditions and Physical Demands:
Work is typically performed in an office environment with adequate lighting, ventilation, and a normal temperature and noise level. Some physical effort required. Work is mostly sedentary but may involve walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, or carrying objects up to 50 lbs (e.g., papers, books, files, and small parts).
