**Summary:**
Our data centers are the foundation upon which our rapidly scaling infrastructure efficiently operates to deliver our innovative services. Meta is seeking a Site Development Strategy Analyst. This role sits within the Site Development Strategy & Operations Team whose mission is to be a central conduit for strategic direction and business operations leadership for the wider Site Development organization. This role will help manage and grow our portfolio of site opportunities that support our growing fleet of data centers. Key scope areas include site optionality and scenario analysis, market research, data management, transaction coordination, and communication of strategic objectives.
**Required Skills:**
Site Development Strategy Analyst Responsibilities:
1. Manage intake and tracking of all potential opportunities related to greenfield development and leasing for future data center capacity
2. Manage complex data models and drive analysis related to schedule, risk, and cost attributes of land development and data center lease opportunities
3. Conduct scenario analysis related to portfolio for various capacity use-case scenarios
4. Support development of approval materials and analysis needed to move transactions forward through internal approval processes
5. Track, analyze, and report on market data about existing land portfolio as well as available land opportunities
6. Communication of portfolio insights and complex data roll ups for stakeholder consumption
7. Coordination of cross-functional forums related to site selection decision-making and portfolio assessments
8. Travel domestically, as needed (up to 25%)
**Minimum Qualifications:**

9. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, real estate, energy, or construction related discipline
10. 5+ years of experience working in site selection, land development, commercial real estate, project or portfolio management
11. Experience in managing multiple projects and coordinating with internal partners, external consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders
12. Experience distilling diverse data points into actionable insights and recommendations
13. Experience managing large and complex datasets and building visualizations leveraging multiple data sources, particularly with Tableau, Google Suite, and Excel
14. Proficiency in standard document and analytics platforms (Excel, Powerpoint, Google Docs, etc.)
15. Interpersonal and communication skills with high attention to detail

**Public Compensation:**
$126,000/year to $179,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
