Start date: As soon as possible.
Location: Irapuato Plant.
Work schedule: Full-time with flexible working hours
Profile: Recently grads or max 1 year of experience from any Computer Science, Engineering (all disciplines), and MBA’s with a technical undergraduate degree or background.

Define and deliver site digital master plan in-line with site compelling business need. Lead multi-functional digital team at the site and partner with GBS service lines to deliver the site operational targets, compliance, and substantial value creation results. Responsible for driving all aspects of IT and OT operations within the site including governance and operational excellence.
Active member of the site leadership team and leads regular digital portfolio reviews with key stakeholders. Drive digital innovation and Lead top critical projects at site and any regional/global projects in the BU. Anticipates and communicates future needs and innovation opportunities to sector leadership and service lines
Partners with business owners, solution owners and subject matter experts to lead digital solutions that can be demonstrated, validated and rolled out globally.Collaborate with multifunctional teams to improve key business priorities based on your data-driven insights.Site Digital Champion Identifies & drives opportunities where digital solutions can provide value to the organization by making connections to loss elimination, touch reduction, etc. by working across functions in the site and sector digitization team.
Responsibilities of the role
Co-owner (with ITOT leader) of the site digital Master Plan and ensures integration with all other major site activities – avoid conflicts with initiatives, local projects, audits, etc.Leads the site digital pillar teamResponsible for delivery of sector digital priorities at the site level.Ensure digital organization staffing & funding for success of the digital masterplan in the sitePrioritize local innovation, optimization opportunities and leverage the sector innovation teams to deliver.Member of the sector digitization team.Brings together the site digital organization (Key Users, Cyber Security Leader, Start-Up Leaders, Cluster IT Leader, Site E2E IT Ops Leader).Works resource needs with site leadershipFacilitate connecting the appropriate site resources with GBS project managers to work project detail plans & execution.Drive reapplication across the site, remove barriers, and facilitate issue resolution where required.Owns driving the digital process transformation at the site.What we Offer:A managerial position.

Job Qualifications
Eligible to work in Irapuato Plant.
Recently grads from Computer Science, Engineering (all disciplines), and MBA’s with a technical undergraduate degree or background.
Business background/interest and technical/analytical skills.
You love to use data analytics to identify new insights and business opportunities for us and the customer.
Team orientation, “can-do “attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results
Operate with technical excellence while collaborating effectively with others
Strong leadership, innovation and interpersonal collaboration skills.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office package (power BI is a must).
