We currently have an exciting opening for aSite Director. Role Summary: The Site Director oversees Radial's fulfillment center in (location to be specified). Within our state-of-the-art distribution centers, we encourage associates to enjoy a great environment and place to work. The Site Director will lead and direct site operations to achieve key goals and objectives and the execution of a business operational plan. They will own fulfillment client P/Ls, provide financials (EBIT), and strive to deliver client satisfaction. Responsibilities: + Develop yearly budget and manage / own site P&L to ensure financial goals are met. + Drive, develop and lead continuous improvement initiatives and activities towards achieving yearly improvement + Build a culture of continuous improvement through execution of Radial Operating Model + Develop talent and site succession plans + Driveof client satisfaction by interacting with client account management and clients at all levels + Drive high levels of employee engagement by developing creative ways to celebrate success + Drive safety, policy, and procedure adherence + Provide direction and support for direct reports. Coach to ensure career development, productivity and quality objectives are achieved + Maintain a working knowledge of all operational processes + Review and follow-up on results of production, efficiency, costs, and inventory accuracy + Interact with senior management while providing updates and solutions on issues about business impact + Collaborate with other Radial teams to support best practice sharing and drive network improvement + Strong and positive interaction with new and existing clients + Adherence to all applicable Federal, State and Municipal safety and labor law + Ensure that the facility follows Federal/ State/ local ordinances, laws and regulations. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree required. + Minimum of 5 years of progressive Operations and management experience required. + Ability to lead, direct and coordinate all activities for operating and managing a multiclient fulfillment center. + Strong communication and presentation skills + Progressive leadership experience with identifiable successes in each role + Demonstrated history of successful client interactions, with proactive communication and problem resolution skills. + Demonstrated ability to lead and implement site operations strategies that meet or exceed planned KPIs and SLAs, with a focus on long-term growth and operational excellence. + High-level financial acumen with proven success in forecasting and managing complex annual budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational guidelines. + Strong hands-on problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges quickly. + Advanced experience with end-to-end operations, leveraging skills ranging from cutting edge automation to manual solutions that optimize productivity and efficiency. + Proficiency in developing and implementing comprehensive metrics and planning systems, utilizing advanced spreadsheet knowledge to drive data-informed decision-making. + Proven track record in leading culture improvements and transformational initiatives, driving a culture of continuous improvement & excellence. + Experience managing 3PL fulfillment operations with a focus on ecommerce, direct-to-consumer and business-to- consumer models, ensuring high standards of service delivery. + Extensive experience in financial and cost management, with full ownership of operational budget management. + Expertise in lean and continuous improvement methodologies, with a commitment to fostering an environment of continuous innovation and process optimization. + Proven ability to manage high-volume, multi-client distribution facilities, overseeing multi-level leadership and large teams, including the management of 600-1000+ seasonal associates during peak periods. + Strong organizational agility, with the ability to influence and lead teams to achieve high performance and adaptability in dynamic environments. + Proactive, numbers-driven leader with a strong sense of accountability, ensuring that all operational plans are executed with precision and efficiency. + Experience in a fast paced, high volume, multi-client, unit-pick fulfillment center environment highly preferred + Ability to understand, organize and thrive in a highly variable volume operation, balancing safety, quality, delivery, and cost in both very low and very high-volume periods. + Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems a plus (Manhattan WMS and Pyramid WCS) + Must be able to lift 50lbs. Travel: + This position is not remote. + Travel required 5-10%.
