Job Description
Organon is hiring an Electrical Lead to join our world class manufacturing site in Cramlington, Northumberland. In this role, you will provide the system ownership and guidance of all Electrical systems, this includes technical support in the development of all Electrical maintenance strategies, modifications, continuous improvements, capital projects and energy reduction initiatives.
Role Responsibilities:
Manage the electrical maintenance programme for all electrical systems.Provide Technical Support for the full range of Electrical systems (i.e. from HV through LV sub-distribution) for capital projects, modifications and continuous improvement activities.Provide a valued and proactive contribution to the management and development of the wider engineering activities.Manage the energy programme ensuring that reporting and reduction programmes are achieved.Ensuring all project and other engineering activities within area of responsibility are completed in full compliance with all statutory regulations and site HS&E and housekeeping standards, policies and procedures.Understand and maintain an up-to-date awareness of the current and forthcoming HSE legislation and their impact.Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
Degree or professional qualification in applicable Engineering discipline.Demonstrable professional experience in a related Engineering field.Experience in HV/LV infrastructure.Knowledge of regulatory requirements.Knowledge of Safe Systems of Work, Risk Assessment and Management of Change.Ability to Investigate, understand and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.Experience of project cost control.Secondary Job Description
