Key Responsibilities

Required Leadership & Technical Competencies (Scale) To lead a team for facilities management activities Advice and lead the technical investigations for rectification works Liaising with contractors for rectification works or ad-hoc jobs Investigate, analyze and determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults effectively Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals To carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned To ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance works To plan and develop the technical officer skills To assist the Site Manager in liaising with client for all works Prepare monthly reports Analyzation of power consumption Ensure zero accident Strictly follow the preventive maintenance schedule Able to take the preventive measures in case of technical problem. Plan and manage the operation tasks of his shift. Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of the units Submit monthly summary of staff overtime every end of the month Plan and manage the supply of necessary consumables, spare-parts and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) visit. Strictly follow Engie ethics, health and safety rules.

Requirements

Degree on Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer or Civil Engineer  Certification in facilities management is a plus  Licensed Engineer is a must
