Site Engineer

As a Site engineer, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the progress of major projects executed by KONE in Greece, specifically in Athens. You will lead a team of subcontractors, ensuring efficient and effective project execution. Your primary objective will be to ensure that the projects are completed according to specifications, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose solutions to mitigate themCollaborate with the Project Manager, Main Contractor, and other team members to ensure effective communication and coordinationMaintain accurate records of project activities, including progress reports, work schedules, and quality control measuresConduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standardsResolve technical issues and provide technical guidance to the project team

Requirements:

University degree in Mechanical or Electrical EngineeringMinimum of 5 years of experience in construction, specifically in project execution and site managementStrong organizational and leadership skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at various levelsAttention to details and a proactive approach to problem-solvingKnowledge of local construction regulations and industry best practicesFluency in English
